Just one more note before bed time, DR Cao is a briliant tacticianer, and visionary man, ( I have never met the man nor knowing anything personal about Him ). He bought the laser technology for a a fraction of the cost to get it developed and ready for the market from the USA to the cheap labour, tech. hungry, cash rich and mass market China for production, this is not only ensure that it sells and sell fast, local and globlely. And being well recognised in the Hi-Tech industry, only He can pull off such a JV stunt.
Hope we get most of the $$$ from the outstanding AR soon. maybe DR. Cao should ask our trade minister to put some pressure on the other side ?
