I know news on the BFS was due Q2 and invariably any placement or equity raise will most likely link the off-takes as this is a stabdard practice. The off take party will take a stake in the company and I hope they off an entitlement component - not just a sophisticated investor component.
Further the chart movement generally matches the move up and then similar move from breakout of a pennant. We moved about 13 to 18 then retraced and broke outbat 14/15 meaning in the short term 27 to 29. Of course these are guidelines and one needs to have a plan b if there is chart fail.
