G’day ScrambledEggs.
I really wish they wouldn’t talk about their resource like it was high grade, because it’s not. It’s just 17%. Only after we raise and spend over $1billion will we turn that 17% IO into the 69% concentrate after beneficiation.
you can see the %’s above in Tran’s initial post., highlighted in purple. Two sides of the table; left side is what we have - 17%: right HNS side shows what it WILL be after concentrating it.
MGT do the same thing. It’s the one thing that really bugs me about both of these stocks. I hold plenty of both and I do like them a lot.
I just wish they wouldn’t use what to me is misleading language. Indeed over on MGT the poster who was also talking 70%, when I pointed it out, admitted they did not know it was sub 20%, assuming it was 70%.
these two stocks will become multi billion stocks over the next few years or so and I intend to ride them all the way.
they are both high volume, low grade resources that will still be profitable at the next inevitable bottom of cycle.
the key thing is to get into production. Many of this type of resource look great, but never get developed. I think both will be developed in the next few years.
cheers,
ned.
