Why wouldn't you accept the offer?
There are many advantages in accepting this offer.
1. The no U producer to benefit from rising U prices is PDN - why don't you want to own some of its shares?
2. The expertise is with PDN - so why won't you want to own shares in a company with good management and expertise?
3. If there is no mining in Aust as a result of Labour not changing its policy you will still have PDN which is producing in Africa - so why wouldnt you want that?
4. Whether PDN offers $5 or $1 cent for SMM at the end of the day the value of the resources will be reflected in PDN. So you win anyway - now what is wrong with winning anyway
