maaaaaate.. that's exactly the problem.. too many "greedy, lazy, good for nothing" LANDLORDS should "get off their yadiyadiyaaaaa heard it all before.. giving people at least the fragment of hope that they could get their own place, or raise a family without being booted out of a rental.., sure, some fit your mould, but most don't. AUS is a shell of what it could be, an honest days work has lost its purchasing power in case you're too out of touch to have realised.. 'bout time that changed
