agreed, people cry about lack of housing stock in aus. I call bullshit. there are plenty of vacant, or 2nd, 3rd, houses, beach-houses, holiday homes... yeah you'd get massacred for suggesting it, but if we were serious about housing there's plenty of options.. without building rendered shitbox McMansions in the expansion belts
