no u don't have to, but there is an argument for caps in lots of other categories. A lot of people not too happy with ceos making salaries 》$1 million not to mention bonuses, business expenses and "Christmas hampers" which rack up another few million. Should a cap be put on that? The argument others make is that you should "leave it to the market" to decide the level of wages/prices/costs etc. The problem with that is that those others have already interfered big time in several instances with the market through systems in place. So what they're really saying is it's OK to interfere with the market when it benefits us but not when you want to interfere with it.
