unregistered "service providers" can bill the NDIS for any amount. they haven't previously been required to validate the invoices.
Now they are being questioned about the costs and the plan is to register all providers. but of course this will take a long time to ensure all are registered. so they say.
I would have thought they issue a notice to all to be registered by the end of the month or no longer be able to submit invoices.
but no, participants who've organised their own team of workers to help them out of bed and up clean and fresh for the day are afraid to lose the people they themselves have trained in their care.
