    They wouldn’t have given up Spain for nothing. Give it some time and this will turn something over. I for one am taking part in the cap raise. My last input to the company I must admit. After this I will put the shares in the bottom draw until DC makes something of this and achieves at least one goal (or one of our partners does more likely).
