yep, dilution not a problem if they have a significant resource that gets mined. We had numerous CR’s at OXR. Didn’t stop it growing from $7m mkt cap when I started to over $5billion. A 40 bagger for me including all the dilutions.
as long as management are up for it, we’re good.
there will always be some equity in a raise of this size. The lenders demand it. The skill is with management getting the mix right.
