Whilst I agree with some of your thoughts, I hope you are wrong on your thoughts with respect to timing for binding offtake (no disrespect). Whilst I accept that good agreements can take some time, given there has previously been a binding agreement with Mitsui, it should take less time and just need to be updated for expectations in BFE funding cost (should still be 20% of increase BFS cost for 20% offtake).

Time will tell as to how right we each are - but that is the aim of the game.
