Have seen it before where instos don't take up full alloment, underwritten by Barrenjoey to take up the slack and over a reasonably short time 2-3 months they trickle the dump = more pain before gain. Have been eyeing SGR for a while and for once in my life didn't buy in too early, but will be waiting for that dump...might not happen but happy to wait and see.
