Good in the sense it fixes TSEG's debt problems, Bad that yet again the SP is being diluted again.
We are half what the previous capital raise was done at $1.20....Can't imagine Matheson would be too happy.
AGM is going to be a bumper one this year. At the Last AGM on the 22nd of November the SP was $2.45....after another round of dilution could be easily below 60c now.....
