also they could use all the cash have at hand and small debt financing from Chinese share holder to start mine to produce soon.. Chinese need so much more U soon to help ease their power crisis. Pdn will use cash flow to buy other junior miners and develop their other projects.
pdn wil l be bigger then Cameco soon in this U boom. they just need few T.O few more ready to develop miners which will happen in coming year.
