Sorry, what error? Your post was all supposition. You are supposing that they will be paying for stuff in $US, although it is difficult to see what. No more cash is required for the process plant components. As you say, let's wait for the quarterly.
As for the company providing facts, which ones are you referring to? Surely you don't believe that their spend for the quarter will only be $13m, when they have commitments for $43m o/s at the beginning of the quarter and commissioning was still expected to start this year? Can I suggest you check back over a few quarterlies and see how close the expected spend to actual has been.
