Of course the sp should be higher (I use "should" loosely) but capital must be raised and that unfortunately is a painful process. The late great Rene Rivkin was once quoted as saying "a share might be selling at $8 and be worth $10 but if you know it will be selling at $6 tomorrow, would you buy it?"
