Any scaling on the SPP will depend on the demand under the SPP. I cannot recall ever getting a full allocation under a SPP when I wanted to unless it was prior to SPPs increasing to up to 30k. I have avoided some SPPs for small exploration companies as I did not think it worthwhile, and for some of these I could have got not only a full allocation but extra due to low demand.
The SI scale back was less than average as I have only got 15 - 20% of request at times, and probably averages around 50%. However, PGF did increase the placement from $100M to $135M.
