Well played to management on this raise.
The good timing means everyone wins:
- Existing long-term shareholders win as the raise is at a big premium to post-tax NTA which means the deal is accretive
- Incoming shareholders win as the raise is at a discount to the last share price and will be supported by high demand
- Brokers and advisers win as they clip the ticket
- RPL and staff win as they get more fee-generating $ in the door
