Yes, it will help turnover short term as those who get access to buying the discount cap raise sell to the lemmings on market.
Then it will settle back into its standard low turnover, at an even bigger discount thanks to the dilution and cap raise sellers. All whilst locking in egregious fees into perpetuity on another $5Om for managers.
Pure greed and lack of regard for current holders.
