Whats going on here and was this even legal ? doing a Cap raise whilst knowingly in talks or at the least discussions of a Take Over. I would have never put up another 30k if id known of this going on in the back ground. What happens to that cash now and they did have 8M i think prior to the raise was it to pay out Performance shares which i do not believe should be paid, who approached who ? who knew what ? and on it goes.
