It will be interesting to see the reason/s behind this capital raising and the parameters which are guiding it. There are alot of assumptions both positve and negative being spouted today.

Unfortunately, I will not be able to partake in the capital raising if it is offered to retail investors as am up to my eyeballs in SDL.

But I do have faith in the directors of this company and am sure there is a strategic reason behind this capital raising.

I for one, will be focussed on my family over easter not on SDL.........more important for me.

I wish a very happy and safe easter to all Sundancers and their families.
