cap raise

With 4 mill in bank and 4 mill expected expenditure this quarter a capital raise is surely due about now.

Any thoughts on how much and at what price?

To me, it looks like a half hearted attempt is being made to keep a no lower than 11 cent close each day for the past week or so but that could just be my cynical mind and could be way off the mark. :-)

Not really a lot of interest in the buy line and not really a lot of interest in the sell line either. It's almost as if investors are saying "We know it's coming, get on with it, raise it, announce it and let's move on".

The sooner the better imho.

My guess is $10,000,000 raised at 10 cents for issue of 100,000,000 shares all taken up by sophisticated investors.

I hope I am wrong and hope that it is higher. :-)
