Nicto... exactly right.. if you do the math we have to be at 3 cents post consolidation for it to be the same as .001 now... considering all the shares going out at .0003 (.009 post consol) then it is most likely going to be cheaper for us to buy back after... I still like the potential of the company I just don't like this move by management... especially because us shareholders aren't given any shares (at this stage anyway).
