Better to CR in the HOPE of good results rather than try and go for a CR when results are known......
Sure they could hit paydirt - but they're a conservative bunch and have always been so.
It was needed to continue and it puts a floor on the SP at 3 - which - given good results in the coming weeks - should easily be well behind us.
For those that continually doubted the "We don't need a CR as we're sure everything will be magically taken care of by our "special" relationship with Bharrat".....

Glass half full and you don't get caught out by events like this.
