I guess we will be sitting around 3cents for at least the next month then.
Not sure why they couldn't have held off doing this until the first bit of flow rate news came back when we could be looking at closer to 5cents.
Unless they think it will take quite a lot of time to reach that point, they get paid the big bucks to work out this stuff so we have to trust them.
