GL holders:

Request for trading halt
We act for Tissue Therapies Limited (Company) (ASX:TIS).
We hold instructions from the Company to request ASX Limited grant an immediate trading halt for the Company’s shares pending an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:

(a) the trading halt is necessary as the Company will be completing a capital raising which is likely to result in the issue of greater than 10% of the Company’s current share capital and may also involve foreign investors;

(b) the Company requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 4 November 2013 or when the Company makes an announcement to the market requesting that the trading halt be lifted; and

(c) the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
