I'm not so sure about that tomsy. The last 3B issued 11/4/14 outlines all the different capacities in which a small cap like RNO can issue. There's lots of exceptions they can use.

There's also probably an AGM sometime in November (based on past years) so they can get any approvals then if need be.

I don't get the feeling existing holders will be involved. Our best hope might be that high profile athletes or sporting bodies took a stake.
