I'm sure there are plenty of bigger pipelines about the place and although I don't understand the economics of the thing I don't think its construction cost is going to be a Blue Energy worry. The builder and financier of the pipeline gets the revenue for the gas carriage. As I've said before this is beyond my proper comprehension. But in simple terms Blue is looking for someone who wants our gas for development now or later.

Shell/PetroChina already have a pipeline approval … Whoever, however or whenever a pipeline gets built, it'll likely be heading east to Gladstone to feed "the hungry"... (maybe also south???)

We play a waiting game but Blue having uncommitted gas including a massive C resource is the simple key to it all. Believe it or worry about it and possibly doubt it if you like, but the ultimate conclusion to this tale is almost inevitable. This is how those (in the know) see it.
