Even if they did a cap raise, and that's a very hypothetical IF, how would you expect them to want to raise? And, more importantly what effect would that on dilution on a company with this market cap and share price. What, $20m cap raise? I think even you can do the math on the dilution there. Also, would you expect them to struggle to get it oversubscribed?
But enough of this rubbish. They pulled up some debt for a reason, to facilitate the company's growth without need for underwriter mouth feeding and, albeit slight as hell, dilution. Wasn't much debt, and easy for a company of this one's trajectory to pay off like it were a coffee bill in the short term.
So, ultimately, what exactly is your point but more importantly your motive here? To pat yourself on the back after another frustrating day of ISX in suspension?
