No pain, no gain. Even those of us who bought in early 2020 and before that have seen some significant paper losses at some stage in the game. This was all in the midst of a much more uncertain market, Covid causing fear and panic like wildfire all over, no vaccines, broader concerns about whether the stockmarket would recover (at all) and this was without EXR's de-risking during the past year or so. Daylight robbery this capital raise was not.
