Quite disturbing this CR, hard to make any sense out of it.

A possible reason could be that the Scoping study is showing red numbers only and there is no way they are able to turn them green. Panick all around and they need this cash injection to kick the can down the road till they have their 10Moz drilled out.

Another possibility is that they don't have the money to exercise the options they have in TNR (which will need to be exercised by Feb 2022), not sure what the total amount to be paid is. Unfortunately TNR is a lemon of a company with even more wayward management than NVA.

For a company that is so heavily reliant on retail investors they sure don't show any mercy. I'm afraid it's Louie doing these dirty deals, CG is just the puppet. With some sh delusional enough to make comments like this:
"Seems that there will be no need for a trading halt to slow things down", I suppose we get what we deserve, back down to 10c we go
