Agree - the IE report puts a DCF value on the Oracle project of around US$1.5b. NIC's share of that value is approx. AUD$1.5B at current exchange rates.
That is money well spent imo, and I am sure the 99.99% of holders that voted in favor of the acquisition would agree with us too.
