lucky it is a sweetener to persuade the sophisticated fellows to take part in the placement( sometimes the discount price is not enough) .This way the sophisticated fellows can sell their placement shares picking up whatever percentage they can and still have skin in the game if a discovery is made.No lose situation for them .......nice hey
