Hi All,
The toothless tigers that come out to feed on us when the share price is depressed speak only of cap raisings, and they do it a lot.
Excluding FML's period in pre-production, i thought i would look for myself at cap raisings. The following chart came to life. Was there any doubt there would be a chart....
Assumptions:
1. FML/CRE will meet its 2012 stated production of 200,000Oz
2. Gold will appreciate at the rate of $50 per quarter.
Notes.
1. Blue shaded area classified as cap raising area
2. Orange shaded area is post cap raising period - looking fwd
3. Gold Price up 30.7% from when cap raisings were done looking forward
4. FML prodction forecast to be up 184%
Does anyone really think that we will have another 3 cap raisings over a 24 month period. If you do, give yourself an uppercut and start shorting the price of gold.
