Much as though current holders hate cap raisings its a fact of life.

Irrespective of the PFS, they need the capital to do the things that will bring future returns to holder, ie pilot plant, drilling and exploration.

Could it have been higer, Yes. I, however see duel culpability between mgnt and shareholders, if HC posters had not gone off, without finding tha facts after the PFS perhaps the price would not have been sold down so far and we'd have a raising at a higher level.

Thats history however. re resolution 6 & 7, suggest you all read the explanatory note in the quarterly.
