unsinkable, I think there was an issue with their debt arrangements (due to the bank) which forced the suspension as they sought to work it out with their lender. They havent used up all the money and are now simply preparing for this to be the last cap raising before production. As long as their budgets prove accurate then it is a smart move.
The only problem I have is that people can get access to the SPP by purchasing anytime up until mid/late-Nov (oh, and the cap raising discount is a bit excessive - I would have thought 40c would have been the smart move).
