Currently NSL has 272m shares on issue @ 8c (current price) it equates to a market cap of $21,700,000.
After the placement it will have 351m shares on issue @ 5.5 (company sanctioned issue price) equates to a market cap of $19,313,000.
So after the raising the management think it is worth 11% less than before the raising.
Go figure???
