with the numbers we are expecting from the DFS, the all debt funding option would seem plausible. New team aren't going to take the reigns and then immediately do an unnecessary cap raise. If on the odd chance it does come early, i would align that with early securing of financing, being announced in conjunction, which will send this to the races at the same time!
