I would have an expectation of a combination of debt and CR. 70/30 say june /july /august. Placement to "sophisticated investors" with similar for rank and file. Maybe include some renounceable rights.
I guess the question you need to ask and the one the new directors are asking is where do you see this company in 5 years ?
The DFS will go part way to answering that, so CR still in the premature speculation category.
