    I believe similar to a poster on the yahoo threads that we will be in for a capital raise via a spp, but I think it will be accompanied with further news regarding a farm out agreement for the Niobrara acreage to be fast tracked.

    The funds raised will be to pay for Samsons percentage of cost in the drilling.
