Just read the ann. and must say it hasn't inspired me.
GJ has stated (AGM) that there would be no CR and then springs one out of the blue.
$0.405 for $60 mil is very disappointing when you consider Hanalong was prepared to purchase $200 mil @ $0.44
I did have a long term positive view on this one however this announcement is quickly changing my mind.
Why give a 10% discount to raise a nominal amount of money when we still have $29 mil in the bank. Seems to me partner negotiations are not progressing well.
