Tough call, but you need money to do the drilling. I believe they also mention that this program will include a bankable feasibility study which is a pretty important step once the resource is proved up. It's hard to believe they'd get the funding without a good resource in the ground. I prefer to look at the glass half full and if all this goes ahead then the drilling program will be announced shortly thereafter.
