It gives UBS more leverage to negotiate a realistic price for Emerald etc coal assets, so no panic selling at stupid prices.As the world economies climb out of the GFC hole most commodities will continue to be revalued upwards, so Chinese companies looking for bargain basement prices will have missed their chance, so time is on our side now not theirs.As time passes who knows what extra value will be added.$30 mill? $40 mill? In the mean time PB and the crew can be working towards the company goals at full speed.We have already wasted enough time with direct negotiations, we certainly dont need to waste any more.Dont forget half the companies on the ASX have been madly Cap raising, its not exactly unique to LNC. I believe patience will be well rewarded.
