Sorry Move......been busy.

Re frog is on teh right track. They ahve waited until the share price is at its lowest due to inactivity and now they want to a large raise at about 1.5c.

The whole plan was to drive teh SP down, then raise funds at low price to get all their buddies set.

The vanadium report came out early in the year and they sat on it and did nothing. Finally they do something and it is copper and gold. They will get back to the vanadium, after the placement, as then they will actually want the SP up again as they will have filled up at 1.5c + free oppies.

They ahve control of the vote so putting it to an AGM doesnt mean much.

Non exec directors fees had to go up to accomodate some new mates on the board. They may not use the full $500k straight away but why the need to use any. Attracting qualified Directors would be a good move as they havent got any yet.

Dilution will def be the key word for many.

Not jealous......disgusted at the greed and trough feeding !! Scook and crew were moved on for that very reason and Les was part of that and now he has shown that he is no different !!
