I went to the entitlement document expecting to find that the additional shares I could apply for would be up to $20K or something similar (that's a common amount though can be scaled back). But, no, it's just half your entitlement amount - most companies on the growth road grab all they can and I thought PDN would be grateful for a fistful of cash. So I suppose that they are not is reassuring...in a way.
