As a guide to Utilities...they value source of supply. In other words, varying geo oriented supply of resource.
Different suppliers, supplying there station. Contracts will be sourced in a manner scoping different regions. It won't be just cameco and the Kazaks.
This is pretty much why PDN are first movers.
