I was a big holder for many many years and have formed the following view

1. The current board has inadequate commercial experience to close out deals
2. The product may be ahead of its time , which makes it hard to sell ( think the late Syd Londish)
3. The stock is now an absolute punt , and i think may investors are under water, you have to be very gutsy to put more money in
4. There are other good opportunities out there in more compelling areas
5. A capital raise will just keep the staff employed..and the directors are not investing so why should we .

I am no longer a holder..lost $65K on this c RAP
