OK silly title - sorry. But last time I bought share on the spur of the moment (not CEL) they announced a share placement. Unfortunately that time I spent much more than $2k and my red ink runs deep still to this day on that one.

Anyway, to your question - I use E-trade. It rejected for first attempt to buy the 8.8c & 9c in one go, but accepted the second. I didn't really understand the error message on the first attempt, something about multiple price steps, seeing I entered a max price of 9c?? History now.

Very happy with purchases under 10c, plenty of risk still to overcome but the upside looks great. Would love to continue to buy aggressively, however the rest of the portfolio is not allowing that just at the moment. Also limited number on shares on offer makes big accumulation a patient game.
