If you do really want stock then hop on the bid at 312, it's a trivial mark up but one which an insto who took the placement seems happy to take today. Perhaps that's why they perform so poorly, penny wise, pound foolish.
But the deal was beautifully managed by BURU. $50 million cash is in the bag and the placement was only 7% of capital on issue (whilst they had the capacity to place 15%)and the price is excellent relatively speaking.
The last placement was at only 65c! Will the next one be at $13.85?
