    "The Company will need to raise more capital at some time in the future, and discussions have taken place with investors to that end.
    Subsequent to 30 June 2009, one potential investor has signed a Memorandum of Understanding to place $4M subject to regulatory and shareholder approval."

    Did this fall through or is it still in existence?

    Prior to June 09 the share price was around 8 cents
